Spirepets ships all packages via DHL with a tracking number (track and trace). Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day!

Products that are in stock will be shipped the same day if ordered before 2:00 PM. After placing an order, you can easily track its status by logging into “My account.” During the processing of your order, we go through the following steps:
Product in stock:
The products in your order are in stock and will be shipped immediately.
Available via backorder:
The products in your order are not in stock in the Netherlands; the delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks. When the products leave our warehouse in China, you will receive an email with a shipping update and the tracking number so you can see when the product(s) will be delivered to you.
Waiting for inspection service:
Items you have returned have been received in our warehouse. Our service department will conduct an inspection, after which the return will be processed and completed.
Handled:
The order is on its way to you or has been picked up by you. You will receive a tracking number for the package via email.

Shipping to Belgium is no problem, it is handled by DHL and costs €7.20 for each order!
