Take your dog along for the ride even when a front mount won’t fit your bike. The Brook & Breeze Canine Copilot Rear Support Mount attaches the Canine Copilot dog bike basket behind the rider, using a round seatpost or seat tube. Because the basket doesn’t turn with the handlebars, it provides a stable base for your dog.

This mount can be an option for compatible folding bikes, road bikes, gravel bikes, mountain bikes and other bicycles with limited space around the handlebars. It was designed with folding-bike geometry in mind and may remain fitted while a compatible bike is folded or unfolded.

Before ordering, check that your seatpost or seat tube is round and has approximately 9 cm (3.5 inches) of clear space for mounting. The rear position may reduce the rider’s legroom. If fitted to the seatpost, it may also prevent the seatpost from being lowered fully.

Please note: This is a rear mounting accessory for the Brook & Breeze Canine Copilot. The dog bike basket is not included. If you’re unsure whether it will fit your bike, contact SpirePets.nl before ordering.
